The Vibratory Finishing Machines are mass finishing machines, used for deburring, polishing, de scaling, and surface improvements on metal and plastic components. These machines can be used for a lot of components and processing objectives. 
 
Working Principle

The machine consists of angular bowl lined with either rubber or polyurethane or only of SS material. The bowl is filled up with media (either ceramic, plastic, maize etc. depending upon the finish required) and components. Vibration is achieved by mounting eccentric weights on top and bottom of a special heavy-duty motor with extended shaft on both the ends. The vibrations caused by the eccentric wrights are transmitted to the bowl by springs. This results in a unique spiral of media and components. This increases the contact between the media and components, allowing the deburring and polishing to be completed in a shorter time. Vibration can be varied by addition / removal of auxiliary weights and by changing the angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights.
 

The Vibro energy Separator is a rigid screening device that vibrates about its centre of mass. The central vertical axis of the screen assembly and motor shaft axis being the same, vibration is accomplished by placing eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. Adjustment of the quantum and relative position of the top and bottom weight permits control of amplitude and material flow patterns as.

Spirotec Vibratory is specially curved with contracted edge of the bowl. These machines are ideal for highly delicate, light, and small components that would otherwise float on the media in the bowl.
 
  Inverse Separation has a specially designed separation system for separation of component which is smaller than the media.
Biscuit ware Finishing uses special media and controlled vibrations to avoid breakages of ceramic mugs, cups, saucers, and other components in the Biscuit ware / Bone China industry.
 
Grinding Mill is used for grinding of various types of minerals and powders. These machines are heavy-duty machines and can successfully ground to less than a micron.
 
Ball Burnishing is reinforced to handle heavy loads of steel balls media. It is designed to give excellent cascade action to the steel media and this reduces process time.
